How much does real estate photography cost?
Our residential photography starts at $195. Package pricing depends on the property and selected services. See the full pricing page for photography bundles, drone options, 3D tours, twilight photos, staging and video.
When will I receive my photos, tour or video?
Listing photography packages offer same-day photo delivery. Standalone Zillow 3D tours list next-day delivery, and video services list two-day delivery. Virtual staging is delivered within 24 hours of selecting the photos to stage. Confirm the schedule for each part of a bundle when booking.
Do you serve locations outside Portland?
Yes. Cascade Property Media also serves Vancouver, Battle Ground, Salem, Astoria, Seaside, Tillamook, Lincoln City and surrounding areas. Share the property address when you inquire so we can confirm scheduling and the project quote.
How do I prepare the home?
Finish cleaning, decluttering and furniture arrangement before the appointment. Confirm access and parking, secure pets and put private documents out of view. Our preparation guide walks through each area of the property.
